UPDATE 18.11.2021
With the release of Lightroom Classic v11.0.1, Adobe has partially fixed the issue. The number of camera models affected is now a lot smaller.

Due to a bug in the most recent version of Lightroom Classic (v11), the color temperature and tint from the preset are not applied correctly.
You may observe that when hovering over the preset with your cursor, the preview shows the desired effect. However, when you click to apply the preset, the images gets messed up.
This is reported to happen mainly to RAW images from specific camera models. On some images the error is bigger than on others.
Sadly, this is something that is out of our hands and we need to wait for Adobe to fix. Similar issues have occurred in the past but have been fixed once brought to Adobe's attention.
In the meantime, there are 3 workarounds:
1) Downgrade to v10.4. There it still works perfectly.
2) Use the latest version of Lightroom CC, which doesn't have this bug. LR Mobile is also unaffected by this issue.
3) Manually correct the color temperature and tint after applying the preset. As most of our presets barely change these two values, you could just reset them to 'as shot'.
I hope this helps while we all wait for Adobe to fix this bug.
